AIRPORT TRANSFERS

The center of Prague is located approximately 20 km from Václav Havel Airport. The airport has two terminals: Terminal 1 is assigned to flights outside the Schengen territory, such as flights from Great Britain, as well as all non-European countries. Terminal 2 handles flights within Schengen countries, that is from most European countries.

You can choose between public transport, airport taxis or private transfer to get to your hotel. A private transfer can be ordered online for a competitive price.

Public Transport – if you want to go downtown (for example to Wenceslas Square), the journey will take approximately 40 minutes. First you take the bus and then change to a tram.

Another interesting possibility is to let your guide come along using public transport. A great advantage is the fact that you will not only learn all about how to use public transport, but also a variety of up-to-date useful information for your stay.

The driver will be expecting you at the airport with a sign (printed with your name), just as you exit the secured duty zone. All drivers speak English and can provide you with basic information about the city. You can also order a transfer and an English-speaking guide and use their knowledge of the city and let them help you with accommodation in your hotel.
